THE COMBICUT DJ/NC 500 – AVAILABLE NOW, NO WAIT TIME
Breton USA will be showcasing the Combicut DJ/NC 500. This machine is available now with zero wait time!
The Combicut is a combination waterjet and diamond blade saw that combines and alternates how the cutting process is done, all depending on the preset programs or at the fabricator’s authorization.
Miterwave won the Best of Innovation at TISE 2019 and is the software that comes with the Combicut.
This software allows the Combicut to execute perfect miters even with non-planer surfaces. Miterwave is specifically designed for the precision cutting of drop edges and waterfall miters.
It automatically senses and calculates variables such as machine temperatures as well as any variations in the stone surface correcting them in real-time.
The result is precisely cut mitered edges with tight drops and pieces that fit together in a way unmatched by any manufacturer in the industry making this machine ideal for jobs that require more complex cuts.
THE FORTE HD 80 WIDE
Breton USA will be showcasing the Forte HD 80 Wide, which is based on the highly popular Contourbreton line of machines.
The Forte is the latest in the line and comes with many features such as the HSK B80 spindle that reduces vibration, increases the life of the tool, and drastically improves machining time.
This machine comes with an integrated step and a lower worktable made from patented Metalquartz® a specially engineered quartz-based composite material that ensures the same high rigidity and expansion coefficient as steel.
The industry's best front access design comes from the large front doors and the strong electro-welded structure ensures the rigidity of this CNC router for any kind of machining.
